And my statement IS mostly true (I should have said traction, not friction, my mistake).
You've basically said that as tech has increased, drifting has decreased. Hence, the amount of drifting is tending towards zero, as technology for traction tends to perfect. Hence, once the WRC cars can maintain 100% traction, they will not have to drift.

That will never happen. I rarely say never and mean it, but this time I do.
