Please help finalize my decision

Which of these boards would you choose and why. Both are getting good reviews. Is it worth going with 2600 Ram over 2400. Unless I'm misunderstanding, most RAM won't even hit 2400 stable.

Processor is going to be an i5-3570k. RAM will depend on the board but probably G-Skill Ripjaws.

Thanks for your help.

For the price AR and free shipping the ASUS is the better buy, on the ram front most people don't need anything past 1600 unless for bench scores. Save yourself some money and get the magic Samsung ram. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147096

Go with gigabyte.
- better rma
- It will overclock like a champ (asus lk boards are crap for overclocking)
- more phases, better vrm, etc...

And choose this ram: samsung 30nm 1.35v

There is no benefit of choosing 1600+ ram unless u are benchmarking
