OC'd to 4.5GHz on i5, keyboard/mouse disabled on wake

Processor: i5 2500k
Cooler: Corsair H80
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Black 16GB DDR3
Mobo: ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3
PSU: Corsair AX1200 Fully Modular (1200-watt)

As the title says, I OC'd to 4.5GHz and, on wake (not boot), my keyboard and mouse do not work unless I unplug and plug them back in. I have a Corsair K60 and M60 kb/m, respectively.

OC settings are as follows:

BCLK/PCIE Freq: 100.0
Turbo Ratio: 45
Memory Freq: DDR3-1600MHz (9-9-9-24)
SpeedStep: Enabled

LLC: Extreme (100%)
Phase Control: Extreme
Duty Control: Extreme
CPU Current Capability: 100%

CPU Manual Voltage: 1.35v
DRAM Voltage: Auto
VCCIO Voltage: 1.10000
CPU Spread Spectrum: Disabled

C1E/C3/C6/Virtualization: Disabled

Any idea why this is happening? I assume it's because the USB doesn't get enough voltage (odd since I have such a monstrous PSU), but I don't know if I should increase voltage to give it power, or if CPU Voltage will have no effect on the USB at all. I've heard that people can pull off 4.5GHz with 1.30v, perhaps that would free up the necessary voltage for the USB?

I went into Control Panel and disabled the power management setting related to USB behavior on wake, no dice.

Does your board have usb3.0? If so make sure your kb/mouse is plugged into usb2.0 ports.
