Alright I will post back results over this cooler, I will keep the test the same, so as to my current OC as follows:
2x 140mm front
2x 120mm top
1x 120mm side
1x 120mm rear
MX-2 TIM
4.3Ghz @ 1.428v
Large FFTs 10 mins
I will post my current results just for a reminder when I get the heatsink up and running.
Dual Fan: 55c max
Without: FAIL (temps hit 60c+)
This heatsink is going to look cool in my case
should do a lot of difference, especially the airflow direction, I will more than likely ditch the side fan and replace the vent with filters.
EDIT: Tell a lie, measured case up and just realised, the top part of the case where the side panel fittings place into is lower than the total height of my thors hammer. The Scythe Mine 2 is THICKER than my thors hammer so it'll mean that the top part will be in the way
you'll see what I mean from the pictures. That's a pain
