Haha course not, it would be pretty pathetic for me to get moody over it. I see both your reasoning, considering its over 8 pages long! My bad!
But yeah, I will read the instructions because I am used to the AMD simple snap on click done type of mounting bracket. Also, that is one of the reason I wanted a better cooler, for some reason Xigmatek only shipped the Thors Hammer with the standard AMD mount, so it allowed only one orientation.
I checked up the Dark Knight Hawk and it comes with an all in one mounting system, so it lines up the holes allowing you to install it in any direction. Looked up couple of youtube videos with AMD setups to make sure, so thankfully they've included a new mounting system (that the original dark knight lacked).
And alright I will give that a shot with the TIM, I have got my temperature readings on my desktop still so I will compare them. I think the orientation will really help as well as having chunky heat pipes, I will run it passive, single fan and then dual fan to see the temperatures also to see what work its doing. My MX-2 is my personal choice, its nice and easy to use and does the job. So will install it without and then with, when the cooler arrives.
Also yeah, the Hyper 212 comes with additional mounting brackets, most new coolers (if not all) allow a change in orientation for AMD. Thas the one thing AMD used to lack, my thors hammer is quite old because they eventually brought out the Crossbar mounting system which unfortunately was so rare to find and was mainly in America it was sold (newegg). Then this version, Dark Knight Hawk they've finally included the crossbar pressure mounting bracket for us AMD guys

Thanks again everyone for your help!
