I've read a few reviews and they say for the price difference of the two its better just to get an E6300/E6400 unless you're worried about your multipliers.
E6300 7x265.71MHz = 1.83GHz
E6400 8x266.25MHz = 2.13
E6600 9x266.66MHz = 2.4GHz
E6700 10x266.00MHz= 2.66GHz
Although the FSB is all 266 the higher your multi, the lower you have to keep your FSB to get the same speeds as an E6600 or lower.
So basically the more money you spend the easier it will be to overclock, but I say get an E6400.
