You really only need fans on one side of the radiator for it to work. Using two sets know as a push/ pull configuration is usually the most effective. that's not to say that you have too do that. That being said it is usually more effective to " push" air through the rad rather than to pull it if you only have space for one or the other. your other option is of course to go with a larger case. or an alternative reservoir such as a drive bay reservoir.

I think you might be confused as to where I'm putting the radiator. The radiator is going to be in the front where the drive bays are, I was going to have it push air into the case and have the fans on top of the case push out. I was wondering, since I'm not going to have fans on top of the case to push hot air out, would it still be ok to have the fans for the second radiator blow into the case.

perhaps... I'm bad about reading the OP early in the morning. You should be ok really the one thing to keep in mind is that often you'll see better temps one way rather than another so it may be an experiment if you aren't happy with the initial set up change it ... But like I said I don't think you'll have a problem

Alright, so I'm thinking about changing the color scheme of the case from black exterior/white interior to all black. If I do this I'm going to change the fans to all Gentle Typhoons and change anything white in the case such as the cpu block to black. Should I stay with the black/white or go all black?

Radiator –XSPC AX480 Black
Pumps – EK D5 Pump with Black Pump Tops G1/4 Threads
Reservoir – EK X3 400mm Multioption Reservoir
CPU Block – Swiftech Apogee HD Black
Fittings – Koolance Quick Disconnects and Koolance Fittings
Tubing - Tygon Ultra Chemical Resistant
Liquid - Mayhems Red Pastel
Fans – 12 Gentle Typhoons 1450 RPM

Alright, so this is the complete list of parts that I have ordered so far, they should be arriving within the next week. I still have not ordered the OS, haven't decided whether or not to go with Win 8 or stick with 7. I heard somewhere that Windows is going to stick with the 8 style for a while and just do updates like Apple (like a Win 8.1 OS). If thats the case I might as well switch right now and get used to it. Other than that I need some serious help putting this together, although I've been reading a lot on computers it is still a daunting task.

Also I had wanted to switch the power button led to a white switch and sleeve the cables black, but I don't know how to do either, some advice is necessary.

I still have a few days to a week until I'm able to start my build because my case and a few last parts still haven't come in yet, but I need help on a few areas that I'm having trouble finding online.

1) Grounding - The computer case that I've ordered is completely painted, how do I ground myself now?
2) How do I test the system to make sure everything is up and running properly? Would I need to set up my water cooling system to test?
3) How do I take apart a video card and put a water block and back plate on it? Where do I add thermal paste/material?
4) How do I overclock the CPU as well as the video cards? Overclocking is still a mystery to me. How do you test what overclock is safe? Do you overclock before you install an OS?
5) How do you get back to your BIOS if need be after you've downloaded a OS?
6) Is there anything special I need to do during the leak test?

I seriously need advice from you guys, this is going to be my first build and I really don't want to screw it up. Anything else that you guys might want to add that you think that a beginner to computer building needs or should know please let me know, any advice would be much appreciated.

Alright you guys, I have all of the parts for this build, just have some questions
1) BIOS (how to use/what stuff means)
2) Overclocking how to
3) How to hook up fans to a fan controller/fan splitters to controller
5) How to put a water block on a video card
6) Do CPUs have built in temp sensors
7) When installing new water cooling equipment do you need to clean just the radiator or everything

Also if you guys could answer some of the questions I had earlier that would be great.
