LED brightness

This may be a stupid question, but can you attach a fan controller to LED's inside the case to control the brightness?

As long as you wire them to compliant voltage, so you don't under/overvolt them. I've seen it done on a few builds.

Pre-built 12v LED strips should work as well, as long as they don't have some sort of proprietary controller.
