EA deserve it.

A friend of mine was repeatedly getting stonewalled. All he wanted to do was obtain a refund for a pre-order. It had been cancelled from his account, but EA had taken the cash. Four different live chats & a dead phone number given.

I wanted to see it for myself so went onto his PC via Teamviewer, did a support chat and was smited with the wall of stone. Refusals, im sorrys, no good at all.
