Google Talk Video?

I have a Atrix HD running ICS 4.0.4 My friend has a SG S3. Also running the latest ICS. On google talk he has my name with a video icon next to it. On my phone I don't have an icon next to his, yet he can make video calls to me and my phone has a 2 mp front facing camera. I can't call him on video because their is no way to enable it. I am running the latest version of google talk as well. Am I missing something here, does video need to be enabled somewhere else in the phone for it to work?

Did you flash this ICS rom or get it OTA?
