Whats A dremel?

Whats a dremel?
are they the best way to cut your case? Or should you use a different tool for the metal and a different tool for the clear stuff?
What is the clear stuff made out of? Acrylic? Plexiglass?

Give this mega noob a hand, thanks

a dremel is a percision tool to cut percise measurements or angles.

the 'clear' stuff is arcrylic or plexiglass..

Acrilic: http://www.xoxide.com/clearacatxca.html

Plexiglass is what we generally use for side panels.

Dremel = Rotary device. Usually wheelie at the end of a stick, which can cut angles with addons and such.

The best way to cut your case, is usually with a dremel.
For the clear stuff, you can use a dremel, but I've heard some people suggesting something else.

The "clear" stuff is probably ie. a window, so it is usually acrylic because it's cheap to produce.
Plexiglass is also found, and it's a bit more solid (Doesn't get scratched as easily), but is also more expensive than the earlier.

I cannot confirm it, but do you know ESD? The stuff computers are "afraid" of.
That's whats causing ESD - static electricity.

I find that when i wipe my armors window with a duster i get terrible static. You can hear it crackle.

I never do this with the PC on, and i always ground the window to myself, to the PSU.

I generally avoid dusting the window as much as possible. Not sure if its PLexi or Acrylic.
