Mobile APU iGPU overclocking

It appears that the iGPUs are now overclockable with MSI afterburner. I have my 6620G @ 650MHz on stock voltage (cannot be adjusted with msi ab) up from 444MHz. I haven't tried going farther but there's currently no reason not to. I have had kombustor running for a while and have been doing 3dmark runs back to back for a while. From MSI AB, GPU-Z, and Kombustor it is reporting the clock increase. I have run 3dmark06 (avg gain of ~100points) and 3dmark11 (avg gain of 5-9 points). How are other people fairing? Anyone try the 12.9 drivers? Also, does anyone know if overdrive works? I'm curious if there is anything in there to help assuming it works now. If it doesn't involve GPU clocking then my bad, I have never seen this software running before.

I am running 12.8 cat drivers and have version 2.2.5 beta 1 of msi after burner with windows 7 64.

EDIT: I just fired up the Witcher and went to 1366x768, the max for my laptop which was previously almost not playable and it works well smile.gif. I'll have to try my other games soon too.

EDIT: After further investigation I apparently run stable at over 1200MHz rolleyes.gif. After I set MSI AB to something over 458MHz it appears to stop working. I verified this by plugging in a second monitor and watching GPU-Z sensor. GPU-z incorrectly reports the core speed as MSI AB has set it under the graphics card tab though. This would explain the very small but always present extra few point I got in benching. Hopefully MSI can release official support for these things!

Seems like I'm up to 800MHz stable smile.gif. My scores are not budging at all. I don't know if this means it's unstable (I have run many 3dmark and kom, heaven loops though) or that my APU needs more memory, faster memory, dual channel memory, lower timings on the memory. Soon I will grab a decent pair of 4x4s. Anyone else overclock their discrete class gpu on a Llano mobile yet?

Le bump, has nobody else tried overclocking their iGPUs yet? I was waiting almost an entire year for this..haha.

I'm at P65X right now @ my resolution 1366x728 (I think) and 1 DIMM.
