Thread Starter
ok i had ex360 wc kit , i was getting leak like a week ago then i found out its my reservoir (xspc d5 reservoir) and water leaking from the led hole , so i bought same reservoir and mcp-655 , ok after they came today i change everything , i even took the radiator out and assembly everything back again , then i load my pc to the van and after i back home , i turn on the like 3 mins and i used my hand to touch the pump and resrvoir i found out there is a samll amout water leak under the pump , here is the spot when water coming out ,

http://s1193.beta.photobucket.com/user/teichu/media/IMG_0576.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0#/user/teichu/media/IMG_0576.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0&_suid=135200894634008573169831685763

so i turn off the pc immediately and mop the water under the pump , and turn the pc on again the leak was gone for awhile but i did notice water level in res drop a little , i also test the leak with other psu before i assembly back to my pc , and i check all the hose and compression i couldnt find any leak or wet , so does anyone know whats the problem is? because i turn off the pc and turn on again water is leaking under the pump i couldnt find any problems , hopefully someone give some advice thanks

Drain the system, unscrew the pump and check the o-ring. There is a o-ring on the front end of the pump. Twisting the pump around can knock it out of its spot, or it could of installed wrong at the factory.
