Need help by buying a new computer...

Yeah I know there are many of these but I just don't get enough to decide from them. So I made a new thread.
So there are like two choices: (you can suggest something more)
The first option is the "safe" one. These would be the parts: (btw I'm leaning more to this one)
-Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 MOBO
-Intel Core i5 3570K CPU
-Noctua NH-U9B SE2
-CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB Low Profile
-Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 GPU
-Samsung SSD 840 120GB
-Zalman Z11 Case/NZXT Lexa S
-be quiet! Pure Power L8 630W PSU
-DELL UltraSharp U2312HM Monitor
And that would be it I think.

Then we have this one. Changed the MOBO and case to a cheaper one and would need a cheaper CPU cooller for a better graphics card. The problem is I don't know if its worth it cause on 1920x1080 it doesn't make that much diffrence does it? So here it is:
-Asrock Z77 Pro 4/ MSI Z77MA-G45/ Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
-Intel Core i5 3570K CPU
-For the CPU cooler I have no idea cause they don't sell the Hyper 212 EVO here sad-smiley-002.gif
-Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 GPU
-Samsung SSD 840 120GB/-Samsung SSD 830 120GB
-Antec One Hundred/Aerocool X
-be quiet! Pure Power L8 630W PSU
-DELL UltraSharp U2312HM Monitor

Is it worth it taking a worse MOBO for a better GPU and spending a little more at 1920x1080??? I haven't done some real overclocking but when I get the new computer I 100% will. So if I overclock the 7950 it will be real close to the 7970?
And if I take the 7950 will the 630W be overkill? I probably can't Crossfire two 7950 later on a 630W can I? But I wanna know what about for just one 7950 can I get 550W or something?

So help me please. Also tell me if there are some stupid things in my build or something. This is my first build so I wouldn't be suprised if I did something stupid.

Thanks in advance.

I would go for the first build, you won't notice a huge performance difference between the 7950 and 7970, not enough to justify the price increase at least, so i would stick with that first build. 550W psu will be fine for that build, it will hardly draw over 400W at most so don't worry about it. As you say, you can overclock the 7950 to near on 7970 speeds, however even at stock the difference isn't that large.

Okay thanks! The first one it is. And one more question what do you think about the case? I like the Zalman Z11 but I don't really know if there are better ones for the same price or something. But I do like that it has 5 already installed fans wink.gif

Arc Midi is another good, cheap case. It has USB 3.0 compared with USB 2.0 of the Zalmon. It doesn't come with as many pre-installed fans, however you would probably want to upgrade the stock fans in the Zalmon anyway.
