So is the online just as good on PSN as is on Live ?

and I don't care about cross chat and that little stuff. I mean finding quickly a good solid matches, if there is more hacking/cheating/lagging on one service or other ? Most of my friends either don't game or play diff games than I do. So being able to talk to someone across games ain't important to me. I'll play a select few titles online say like some popular fps like Cod/BF and maybe other popular online shooters. Is it worth the 60$ for live access ?

Other than the community features that live brings, PSN is just as good as live.

Both usually need ports forwarded to get the best experience, but will provide the same.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I think that the main difference is that MS own everything that is related to Live (except for EA server, cause they're that ***), while publishers must provide their own servers if they wish to use the PSN.
