i doubt its better, but for the $20 difference i would prefer a modular psu.

Alright I didn't see this one was modular. Its a shame the modular Capstone is OOS.

as a note i have the asrock z77 extreme3 and it does everything i need it to. I also dropped a 3570k into it and have it OC'ed to 4.4Ghz with a Corsair H80. My ram is also clocked to 1600 mhz (corsair vengence 8 gigs 9-9-9-24). Im very happy with my build and would highly recommend both the ASrock board and the 3570k for gaming, the extra cores in the i7 are more then ud ever need for gaming. Another personal note, I've never heard good things about rosewill PSU's. Mainly just that they are on the cheaper end of the spectrum and have a higher chance of failure.
