whats the best ram for gaming for my rig

I have g.skill ripjaws 4x4gb running at 1600mhz at the moment. I leave it here because 2133mhz was causing my cpu oc to be unstable. Anyways point being i would like to get new ram. I know one of the sticks on this kit is screwed up. I also thought about getting a 32gb kit just to say i have 32gb. Although that might hurt my cpu oc as well. In which case i could always just use 2x8gb sticks. All in all my ? is who makes the best ram out there, stable, fast, and reliable. I would like tit to look cool as well if possible.
