Highest XMS2 PC-5400 overclock?

I'm trying to find a rough idea as to what my ram can do, any ideas. Cannot find it ANYWHERE online, or should I just switch to 8000 series? So far I'm at 960 for the mem, or a 480 front side bus with a 7 multiplier... Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, voltage is at .5 over stock, or 2.3V. Timings are set at 5-5-5-15...

You may be close to hitting a wall with the RAM. I have the same RAM and they have PROMOS ICs which are good but yours seem to be doing better than mine because mine hit the wall at 445mhz and I tried a 5-5-5-16 with a 2.40v for 500mhz and nothing, couldn't boot.

Heat related maybe? I don't know but I sure wouldn't use anything more than 2.30v with that RAM, specially being a 333mhz stock and you got them to 480mhz, that's quite good IMO.

Thanks for the info, rep+ for Nasgul. Yeah, I'm unsure as to where I should stop. I tried the 500 fsb with a 7 multiplier, but the core speed was much lower than 3.6, so I couldn't tell if there was a difference in my superpi performance. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks...
