Yeah they are pretty good thanks! It brought me from the 6k range of ppd to closer to 8k ppd. But like we discussed I'm also going to open this up to others as well. Has anyone else had issues when installing the modded drivers where it will not full deploy your gpu when running folding? I did what was suggested but I don't think driver fusion was able to get rid of all the original amd stuff this is preventing the gpu from running full bore.. any thoughts?

I should probably state this

the gpu at first was jumping from 13-85% and is now after about an hour or so sticking right around the 50-60% slot.

the gpu at first was jumping from 13-85% and is now after about an hour or so sticking right around the 50-60% slot.

You are now at the point where this thread began. When the 12.11 Beta was released AMD made changes to the opencl driver that led to the gpu capping out at anywhere from 30-60% usage. If you go back to the OP I described your exact problem, and the problem of everyone that upgraded to the 12.11 Beta driver.

The 12.11 Beta driver can leave remnants, even after it is uninstalled, that cap the gpu usage. A normal driver uninstall/re-install will not remove everything from the 12.11 Beta driver. I use Atiman to uninstall the 12.11 Beta drivers, and it has worked every time. FYI I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Beta drivers drivers at least 20 times testing different configurations.

On the first page of this thread infected_ had problems with the 12.11 Beta driver not getting completely uninstalled. Ultimately he had to do multiple runs of Atiman to get the driver completely removed from his system.

Alternatively, if you have system restore turned on, you could do a system restore to a time before you had the Beta drivers installed.

*OP updated with my current instructions for using the Beta drivers.*

For Windows 7 and 8, Disable UAC, restart, Open CMD as Administrator and run ATIMan.

looks to be working right might wanna leave 1 core free for the gpu to get most ppd out of it.
