Weird temps and rpms

I just cleaned my pc and applied some fresh artic silver to my cpu. Now I restarted my pc and in the bios shows -1c for the cpu and 0 rpm for reminder fans. One fan is showing positive rpm. System specs: evga 780i, Q6600 nonoc'd right now, 8 gb corsair memory. Any thoughts?

I have same CPU and mobo in my GreenLee build. Install Real Temp and see if the Bios temps are being corroborated. Bios temps can't be relied on.

Thank, realtemp is showing the right temps...but my CPU volts are high, 2.04.
