[Chiphell/neogaf forums] Battlefield 4 details leak from EA China. - Page 8

If they FAIL to include in game VOIP for PC then they need to be ripped apart. Relegating voice to battle log is pathetic and a wasted feature. Playing on known servers with TS or whatever is fine, but in terms of being able to join a random server, with random people and have decent team play is impossible currently.

Games released in recent years have taught me one thing, don't buy the game at release. Wait and see how things turn out.

Lasgana: development just started, expected to be done in 1 yr [Nirolak's Note: Since this is the one likely to elicit the most "this is fake" notes, I feel I should elaborate. Given some later points (like already have an internal demo), this seems to refer to EA's normal two year development cycle of a one year pre-production cycle with ~30-40 people and then ballooning up to 150-300 people to make the game after most things are prototyped and planned out. Visceral, BioWare, and a fair number of publishers outside EA also operate this way since it allows you to have multiple projects without cyclical layoffs due to scaling down in pre-production and scaling up in production. For example, during the downtime between Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3, DICE's
Lasgana: better battlelog integration and better stats reporting
Lasgana: supports video playback and sharing
Lasgana: have gem store for dlc and other stuff like that
Lasgana: 3 factions: russia, usa and china
Lasgana: can deploy female soliders
Lasgana: frostbite 2.0 engine
Lasgana: pc, ps4 and xbox 720 supports 64 player maps
Lasgana: 360 and ps3 will be less

Lasgana: i mean story background

A Game for five platforms?
Eh, I dont see PS4 and Xbox 720 support either the current gen support would have to be dropped or EA is going to sink a bucket-load of money into the development of this game, Also the concept of releasing it for all of those platforms we dont know of those consoles and I dont think they'd get launched without a couple of months of a warning, If that is the case It's better if Rockstar develop GTA 5 for the next gen consoles or do all of them as well which would take a lot more development time and money.

False. there's a reason the WORLD separates Men and Women in The Olympics. A unisex Olympics would be a disaster for Women.

Yeah it's terrible isn't it! What is this nonsense where people can play their games?!They should make it so that when you die you have to wait 24hours before you can play it again! They should also mess with all the controls like mapping primary fire to CTRL SHIFT P and make sure that players aren't able to edit them.
