Select Very High, run it and then see what your temps are.
Then to determine whether or not your overclock is stable you need to do a 24 hour Prime run. Except utilizing almost all of your ram. Select the Custom blend test and change the amount of memory utilized. Instead of 1600 MB, have it use about 90% of your memory. Eg. I have 8 GB of ram which is 8192 MB, so I would have it use about 7373MB. or to keep things simple you can just round it up to 7500 MB.
Run that for about 24 hours. If you get no errors or blue screens your overclock is stable.

i have 32gb of ram

So all you do is take the amount of ram you have and multiply it by 0.9; 32768 x 0.9 is 29491.2. Prime95 doesn't accept fractions, you have to round it. Say like 29500.

Have you tried to tweak your voltages down by the way? Those look like the kind of voltages that the motherboard would automatically select with it's auto-overclock stuff.

By the way, in future, could you compress your images in the future. Each of those images is 4MB and it takes a while to load up since the server will only give me 200KB/s. You can just use MS paint to save as PNG and it should give you a compressed PNG file that is much smaller.

i set the offset to 0.155 i think and that gives me 1.270v then the voltage goes to 1.384 while in testing use

I mentioned that too, not sure if he knows or if he fixed it.

Super Pi is a very low load for a 3770k though. Also, do you have any voltages set to Auto at all? I always manually set every voltage, personally, just to their default values unless I intend to change them. But, at the very least, keep the CPU voltage off auto.

I can't tell you that. You have to find out what is stable for you. Don't expect a quick fix. Finding good settings can take days or weeks to actually dial it in.
