My SR2 build with Quad 7970 - Page 8

^^That's a lot of money blown for a rig that was badly conceived. How did you not know with the previous 580s it was a bad idea??

The problem has been addressed, CPU and Mobo aren't sufficient for quad-fire. Get a faster CPU. It has to be above 4ghz. Really all that can be said...

use them detective skills boys!

If you're CPUs are at a 100% and your GPUs are remotely close, then you could be CPU bottlenecked.

That being said, some games/programs are just more CPU dependant and don't need/ can't use all the GPU horsepower and simply won't get to 100%. This shouldn't be the issue for you though, just OC the CPUs more.

This is the only way I believe you. It shouldnt be hard if you are who you say you are.

Dude there is way to many anomalies in this thread and with the OP.

In 1 case he builds a 2600k system to 5Ghz and then builds an SR-2 system and leaves it at stock

In another case he posts pictures from another forum that are over 12 months old

He says his computer has 40Gb of RAM and then conveniently instantly fits 2 more sticks to make it 48Gb when he correct

As pointed out his post are not the best and show that he's first language is not english yet on the forum his language is perfect

He's backed up by 2 people with very low post counts

I'm out of this thread, this does no seem legit and the answer was given at the first few pages anyway.

OP you're cpu limited, either overclock you Xeons to over 4Ghz or move to a socket 2011 system.
