I have a UD3H motherboard on my Team Competition Folding rig and absolutely love it for my i7. It overclocks like a dream.

It is all I can do to stop myself from going out and buying a UD5H and rebuilding my main gaming rig with a 3770K (I really should hold out for 6 more months and buy the Haswell like I was planning).

I've never bought the newer ASRocks boards (I've used a couple in years past), but from everything I read about them, the Z77's are good.

I don't think you can go wrong with either. I just personally like the looks of the Gigabyte board over the ASRocks board (I like the blue look better than the red).
