XFX 7950 DD stock 800 MHz, straight up to 1050MHz and 1350 for the memory. VDDC 1.03V, 60 degrees @ 20% load

thanks but i need input on this specific model i have on the title because i'm looking to down grade from a 7970 @ 1200 core to the model i mentioned on the title , thanks for the input though

I think average OC's for the 7950's is about 1.15ghz. Most likely you'll end up between 1.1ghz - 1.2ghz.
