Surround sound mixer?

I had a virtual mixer before where i can control the sound level of each channel/speaker, but i can't remember what it was.

Can anyone help? :|

Windows?

Sound -> Sound device (speakers HD audio device for example) -> properties -> levels -> balance.

Not that... But more like i can make my rear left speakers louder than the rest etc.

Realtek HD audio manager?

Maybe something on the driver suite for your sound card?
