Of course, 4 GTs are probably even better.
The fans on the H100i & H80i are, for the most part, the same as the stock Corsair models they sell in the SP line.
They lack the vibration reduction mounts & color change rings, but the bearing, blade, & frame design are all the same.
As far as vs a GT; the Quiet Edition SP 120mm fans are not as quiet as the GT's because they've got a more audible bearing, but they do have a better static pressure rating on them.
How this will effect performance on the rads for these new Hydro Series coolers is up on the table though, as we don't know FPI density.
