alos, when this CLC systems gets AT LEAST 5 or better degrees drop in temps and AT LEAST the same noise levels as the top end heatsinks.. i dont think its worth it at all

This. Unless you open up and expand these units they don't offer a good enough performance increase over high end air to warrant the risk of leaks. Hence me asking about the pump, which sounds like it is the same just with a new bearing and quieter impeller. Not that it needs more head pressure as I am sure its fine for what it has to push. But if these had copper radiators they would be so easy to open up and add a micro res to and have a nice little cpu loop. Which would also be nice with a pump with more head pressure.

What is the ID of the new tube?

My H100 controller is broken except the pump and still under warranty but cost of shipping is like $30 for RMA... so sad.

Guess they worked on the noisy pump. Anyways, I'm never going for AIO WC simply because AIO is supposed to be providing me with warranty should it kill my components but with corsair setting their payments to $150 max, I'm not going to risk my components that cost $1000 plus for half decent cooling. If I'm risking my PC parts, then I'm going all out with a custom loop.

I am however interested to see how this stacks to the Coolermaster Eisberg line and NZXT's kraken. thumb.gif

its' unfortunate, but I can totally see people defrauding Corsair by reporting "random leaks"

I bet people tried taking advantage of this several times, not to discount there are a few people that actually had a defective pump.

George ALREADY SAID, MULTIPLE TIMES, that they have revised the policy concerning damaged parts.
It's NOT $150.
It's based upon the hardware damaged and subject to inspection.
NO, they are not going to hand you a check for $150 if a AIO unit fails and destroys your new 7990. They will inspect the hardware and issue you a check/credit options based upon said device.
End of story.
I trust Corsair, and will be pleasantly surprised if they soon offer a 360 style cooler.
