The LED on top of the pump died? That's weird.

Yes, I opened the computer and it did a fast blink of purple / white (green on off) and 2m later it just died (green led).

Which noise?

I have the original sp120L and SP120 performance in push pull and even at 600 rpm I'm getting at least 5 degree cooler temperature.

Could be different manufacturing tolerances that accountfor it , but if your not getting better temps I say rma or return. A 100 dollar aio should definitely outperform a 25 dollar cooler.

Are you using the built-in controller on the block?

I've always disliked these CPU liquid cooling kits. Barely better performance than air cooling and you have to go through the trouble of mounting the radiator somewhere.

Yes I am.

From the cpu block I have the SP120 performance in push using the included resistors and the sp120L as pull. They are all set through fn profile in corsair link.

I listened to the video and mine does not make that noise.

Have you tried seeing if the noise in coming from the pump or fans?

How do you have yours hooked up?

The noise are from the fans, in the video I have the two fans which came with the H100i hooked up to the motherboard, as I was having the whine which many people have, when connected to the cpu block.

I don't see any reason to upgrade unless you want to control some other things through Corsair Link as well, or just like the e-peen of having the "i" model with the LED glossy pump block. The difference in performance between the H100 and the H100i won't be worth the cost of buying the new unit in my opinion.
