Going to be setting up a Proxy site (Linux + Apache)

I've configured a lot of servers, so not asking for technical advice, just a general consensus as to what's the best engine to use, my understanding is:

1: Glype
2: CGIProxy
3: PHProxy

Agree? Disagree? Other suggestions?

That's what I was thinking, it is the most feature packed and lots of others have said the same.

CGIProxy looks good, as it's just a single file.
But to run it, I'd need CGI enabled on the server which has some additional security implications vs plain old PHP + cURL

Got the server setup, site setup, got my SSL sorted and access locked down.
