Samsung low voltage 1600 RAM

Thread Starter
I have gotten a stable 2133MHz with 10-10-10-24 timings at 1.50v. Are these timings okay or should I try to go lower?

That's pretty stellar, actually. I would be interested to see how they handle a voltage bump. Like, say, to 1.55 or 1.60? Maybe try it at 9-9-9 at 2133mhz 1.5v and then if it doesn't work, bump the volts to 1.55 or 1.6 to see if you can get it stable?

Ignore everything I just said if they aren't designed for more than 1.5volts, but I'm just curious to see how they'll clock.

Are mine timing numbers a bit unusual? I don't see RAM on the market with 10-10-10-24 timings. If they are usually 10-10-10-27. Will it be an issue?

Have you booted into Windows with them set like that? Maybe run a Prime95 blend test to use lots of RAM and see if the system is stable?

Won't work.

OP, you can drop your volts down if you want to like say 1.45v or lil higher. Some can run 9-10-10-1t btw.

I just finished 12 hrs of Prime95 on Blend. No errors at 2133MHz 10-10-10-24 & 1.50v

What I'm asking is, will running 10-10-10-24 vs 10-10-10-27 cause the RAM any problems, or is it irrelevant since the parameters are deemed stable?

As long as it's stable, it's fine. I'd run memtest to make sure you're 100% stable though, 12 hours of blend catches a lot but not everything.

1.5v is not overvolting on samsung ram

your ram is fine, id consider raising volts a bit for stability, like 1.575. room temperature shifts
