i5-3570K gaming build - need opinions

What store(s) are you ordering from?

I mean, the power supply can be brought down to a quality-made 450W unit and still have plenty of power even having two GTX 660 Ti's.

I couldn't find a review I liked of two GTX 660 Ti's in SLi, but here's one of two GTX 670s in SLi:

With two GTX 670s in SLi under full load, their system's power supply pulled 433W from the wall outlet.  Their CPU was idling, so we have to add about 150W which makes the PSU pull 583W from the wall outlet.  If the PSU is 85% efficient while pulling 583W from the wall outlet, then that means the system is pulling about 495W from the PSU.

So what I'm saying is that we can go with a quality-made modular PSU with a 550W rating (meaning, it is able to deliver 550W continuously unlike a low quality 550W unit).

The GS800 is a quality power supply, but it's not modular, it's extreme overkill, and so I think that we can get a high-quality modular PSU for about the same price by just looking for a ~550W unit.

I want to avoid using PSU calculators because they are too easy to use incorrectly thereby getting results that are way too high.

The reason for recommending 700W minimum is that they need to take into account the likelihood that some people will just go out and get a very generic PSU.  A generic 700W is like a quality-made 500-550W power supply in terms of the capacity (and only in terms of the capacity).  I mean, there are too many cheap ~700W power supplies out there that have roughly the same +12V capacity that most quality 550W power supplies have.  It's the difference between being peak-rated and continuous-rated.

A quality-made 800W power supply has enough power to have three GTX 680s in your system:

With three GTX 680s under full load in their system, their power supply pulled 649W from the wall outlet.  The CPU was idling, so let's just add 200W for good measure here which makes the PSU pull 849W from the wall outlet.  If the PSU is 85% efficient while pulling 849W from the wall outlet, then that means the system is pulling about 722W from the PSU.

Therefore, a quality-made 750W power supply would be plenty to handle a system that has three GTX 680s in it because this 722W power draw would only happen when the three GTX 680s and the CPU are under full load simultaneously.  On top of that, a quality-made 750W power supply is designed to be able to continuously deliver 750W.

So what I want to do right now is make a list of modular PSUs from alza.cz that don't cost any more than the Corsair GS800.  From a first glance, it looks like I'll be able to recommend some very nice PSUs!

I'm trying to put together a list of quality-made modular PSUs that don't cost more than the GS800, but the first few I want to recommend only have two PCI-E connectors (two 660 Ti's will need 4 altogether).  So I have a question:  would you be opposed to using those Molex to PCI-E adapters?  To fill two PCI-E connectors on a video card, two separate Molex adapters are needed which means a total of 4 Molex cables from the PSU are needed (two Molex connectors per adapter).
