LOL! I didn't win either!!!

I wanted that 7870 or GTX660... either would be nice... or the Ducky Keyboard?? Sheesh...

I don't even have an OCN Lanyard... LOL!

31 people qualified for Grand Prizes...
108 people qualified for Regular Prizes... (some duplicates for referrals)

Triple Random Number Double Blind prize selection with OCN Staff copied at each step....

Took me hours to put the spreadsheet together because of the stats hick-up.... (bad SSD on Free-DC server box)...

I have to admit, I do enjoy sending out the prize winner PM's.... makes me smile...biggrin.gif

And, I feel sad when someone forfeits a prize because they don't bother to check in once a day... frown.gif

But, it's all good and I enjoy it!

Just so's ya know... once I qualify list(s) for points, I then have to add duplicate entries for referrals. Once that is done, I delete anybody that said they didn't enter for the prizes and double check everything. IF it looks okay, the list(s) are sent to staff.

I then apply the first random number sequence and sort the list and send that to staff.

Then I send out 3 PM's asking for help to generate the next random numbers for me on the random.org website.

The first reply I get is applied as the second random number sequence and the list is sorted again and sent to staff.

The second reply I get is applied as the third random number sequence and sorted and sent to staff.

The third reply is discarded... but, there is randomness as to who replies first second third too! LOL!

Finally, the prize list in order of value is copied into the spreadsheet and the winners are notified...

All the random numbers sent to me are time/date stamped and copied to staff as it happens or I don't accept them.

Sooo, it's triple random/ double blind random... there is no way to falsify or predict who will win... Staff doesn't even know who I will PM and when they will answer so there is no way to manipulate the numbers...

All in all, it takes very little time to do the picks... some minor copy/paste time to PM folks and the biggest part of the time is checking all the participants scores and data and referrals and such...

I guess we call this FUN FUN FUN!!!

It's all good!!!
