new DDR2 ram

So my G.skill PI black messed up (heat spreader fall and took out some chips out).. and someway i couldn't boot in into windows with 1 stick of ram while my CPU is overclocked.
So to boot i loaded default bios settings and booted successfully into windows.
Now i wanna buy new RAM, i though of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231122
But i don't know if they will allow me to put my 4Ghz OC back...

Any suggestions? (will go buy the new ram in a couple hours).

I would not buy DDR2 ram anymore. Time to upgrade motherboard.

Otherwise, Look on Ebay. Way better deals. Too bad, I just sold 4gb ddr2 1066 for $25

^ Don't really have the money to upgrade cpu+mobo+ram and i don't really need to because i don't have much time.
Just tell me which one of these i should get ( I want to get my 4ghz on cpu back).
