EVGA GTX460 768MB SC cooling

Hi everyone,

The fan on my GTX460 is becoming really loud. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good way for me to lower the noise level. The fans are usually running at 30%, 1200RPM. I assume that this is not a reference card, so I'm not sure if any of the aftermarket coolers would fit. Any help on this would be appreciated.

I cleaned it. I've taken the cover off of the heatsink, hoping it would improve the noise.
