Its time to upgrade my GPU. For Adobe Premiere video editing

Thread Starter
I have always played not so demandhing games such as warcraft, starcraft and whatnot.
However, i recently got into video editing (Adobe premiere to be exact) and im looking for something more powerful.
I am not sure what kind of power i would need for to run adobe premiere smoothly. Now i am just an amateur video editor getting familiar with the program.
Videos are laggy and processing time while editing videos just takes way too much time.

Not very restricted by budget but i do not want to spend more than +-$250

I am running dual 24in monitors

Any recommendations/ suggestions would be appreciated
Thank you
