0k I think i got a good stable oc that i can like with. i got the bclk at 100 the multiplier at 47 and the vcore at 1.42 and i dont get the message any more because i noticed i had a setting for voltage fluctuation and i had it turned up to extreme, when i droped it all the way down not only do my ocs seem more stable, it also keeps my voltage bellow 1.5 while still keeping offset on.

i know that there is no way yet for me to know if it is stable, and it is't the oc i was hopping for, but under full load my temps are at 68 C. i fiddled with the PLL a little to get the temp that low, i'm sure i can stretch it a bit higher, but for now this will do. I will finish running prime 95 over night but it's been running now for about 15 mins and not even a hint of a mess up, i might even be able to drop the voltage a little, idk i'll have to see.

again thanks for the help

OK first question, I have the Sabertooth Z77 board and there fore running the ASUS UEIF or whatever BIOS, I can see that all OC settings are in the advanced menu, under a+ configuration or something with a+, or ai+.

Well basically I'm wondering if anyone who has experience with the ASUS BIOS, and can help me through this.

I'm going to take a look and see if I can try to figure it out using the new knowledge i have, and will check back shortly.

Thank you in advance for any one else who helps me through this and to hermitmaster for all his help so far, Chronubis

thanks for the post, now i just need to know what that all means, plus your o.c. is 4.8 i can get that, i just wanted more like 4.9 or 5 ghtz, if wondering about cooling, I have a thermaltake big water complete kit that runs to the cpu then to a 360 rad, with 6 hi performance fans on it then to the 2 gtx 680 gfx cards and back to the bigwater 760+

i will post question on what the things in your bios are and what they mean, when i get a chance to really look over your pictures, again thanks for posting

You only have a 360 rad and a Bigwater kit for a 3770k and two GTX 680s?

is that bad?

that's 7 fans and 2 rad

is the pump bad on the bigwater or something?
they said it was made for a bigger loop than just the cpu

That seems like a lot for that single pump. I didn't notice you had a second rad. What kind of temps are you seeing under full load on the GPUs?

I havent really had a chance to check that, for starters I dont know how, thats why i have only been stress testing the cpu, but i do have a temp gauge at the 2 PCIE slots and they never go over 38 C.

I just dont know how to check where the chip is on the gfx cards, if there is a way.

i still can't believe a 3770k with 1.42volts running through it without being delidded only reaches 68 degrees
