Bitfenix Prodigy with a mATX mobo?

Hi I'm building a light rendering/gaming PC and want some advice.
I plan on going for a Bitfenix Prodigy, an Asus Maximus V Gene, a Corsiar HX 650 80+ gold, 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm, a EVGA GTX 670 FTW 2gb, Corsair Vengeance 1600 2x4gb, and an i5 Ivybridge 3570K.
I intend to later on watercool this system with a 200 rad at the front and a 240 rad at the top both in push config. I am pretty sure that you can fit a mATX mobo in the Prodigy but my question is will i still be able to fit the 200 rad at the from? also will the GPU possibly hit the rad?
Also, I'm looking for a clear plexi EK FC-670 Nickel waterblock... I've tried to find them but simply can't. Was it a special edition? Because its listed on the EK waterblock finder but not in their store.
Any assistance would be great, thanks.

I also suggest that you take a look at this log too as we are both putting an MATX mobo in; however, his has a bit more flare to it thumb.gif

Have a look at this mod too if you are wanting to fit something like an mATX or bigger in the prodigy.

Another mod done to support mATX:
