OP: Where did you get the CPU from?

By the looks of it, it might have been delidded.

Also include CPUZ in screenie.

Your previous pic indicated a vcore of 1.236, not 1.28. Read vcore from CPUZ only and post a screenie under load.

BTW: You could probably take it up 1 notch and a little bump on the vcore. wink.gif

1.236 is for 4.4 take a closer look that's why it says wrong screen shot, 1.236 for 4.4ghz and 1.27 for 4.5ghz

I got it from Microcenter. And yes I did delid. But I think my temps are still above average.

For delidded CPU at that vcore, that is the temps I would expect. They are not bad at all!

Mine is almost the same, but not delidded, but mine touches 84 deg C on a basic custom WC setup.

I was going to, but the gap is very small on my CPU. I need to find a thinner blade, and I might try again.

In the end, I dont think it will be worth it for more OC. The cooler temps might be nice however (but of no use to me really).

Wish you would've mentioned that in your first post instead of misleading everyone and causing confusion with your low temps...doh.gif

Try asking in the [Official] Delidded Ivy Bridge Club and see what they think about your temps, voltages, etc.
