I'll be pairing it with a I5 3570k, and budget under $200, I was origionally looking at the sabertooth, but heard that it only looks good, but isn't that different from boards under $200.
I'll be mainly using this rig for gaming with some overclocking.

i would go with the p8z77-v pro only cost alittle bit more than the lga and have lots of features plus better for overclocking.

Actually they are the same for overclocking, the only difference is the pro may have a few extra ports or connectors.
