EDIT: Even took mine apart to do the Orange strip modification to all black.

Just bought mine today oddly enough I was wondering how to change that strip to black. Do you have a link to that mod or did you just go for it yourself?

Multi-key input on the G710+ means complex moves can be executed exactly right every time. With 26-key rollover, press almost any number of keys plus modifier keys (Control, Alt, Shift) in any order and get exactly what you intended.

is it really 26 key rollover? because someone say in a local forum said that, he tested it and it can only have 6-key rollover

When you say a 'local forum' please link your source so we also can see what you saw and possibly verify the sources credibility and if they did actual testing and proof.

It's in the specs of the Logitech G710+ and review web sites are quoting specifications rather than actually testing them out. I've found many example of other sources all confirming the same thing but none actually did some sort of test to prove it.

Unlreated to your question. A keyboard history side note: G710+ was the first keyboard to host a Windows 8 logo key cap. Windows 8 had just released. tongue.gif

it's in Indonesia, but i will translate it for you, or you can check google translate
"It's anti ghosting is VERY disappointing in that kind of price range, last time I tried it, it only hold up to 6KR-o"
Or can you test it out? you know just how about 8KR-o? since us human didn't have 26 fingers, and you might wanna know about the real key rollover not just from some advertising.

That's all I wanted to know. Yeah, I'm good on this one.

The QPAD MK-85's backlighting died within the first 5 months, and the replacement that was sent to me died within 3. The logitech sounds like the same deal to me.

Currently on a replacement Ducky Shine 2 after my original wigged out. Going to see how long this guy will last.

I've had mine for 4 months now, and it has been perfect. I have mine set to the 3rd highest level (which is still pretty bright) and all of the lights still work fine. Don't just assume it's a bad keyboard because a few people have issues from a mass produced product. Plus logitech RMA is excellent from what I've seen.

I just tested it, and it could register 10 simultaneous key presses (I only have 10 fingers/thumbs tongue.gif ). I'd say the 26 key rollover would be pretty accurate, even if it's not, who on earth ACTUALLY hits that many keys at the same time? I can understand maybe 4 -5 keys for shortcuts etc, but what could someone possibly need more than that for?

thanks dude biggrin.gif well you definitely clear my doubt about this keyboard thumb.gif

Agreed about the roll over - who needs more?
As for the backlighting issue, I can see the concern, including actual finish of the material being sub standard for the price I paid in the UK, but the fact that it is Logitech, put all my worries to bed. Logitech rma, with ANY product is absolutely excellent. That's why they are my favourite peripheral company to go to for pc's
