Its normal price. The Nokia just happens to be really cheap.

I'll probably be getting a 920. I've need a new phone for awhile, but have been waiting for WP8. I've been impressed by the Focus, what is Samsung going to offer for WP8?

Edit:

Nevermind, they announced it awhile back, but I haven't heard much about it lately. ATIV S, which is basically the GalaxyS3.(And check out their line of ATIV win8 tablets, RT and x86)

I really wish Samsung would have done more to make a W8P....
The GS3 is a good phone and is selling like crazy. I can't really fault them for their approach to it. This was probably the most profitable way they could have gone at it. I just don't like that button at the bottom of the phone and really want more out of the camera, as I use it multiple times daily.
My dad has a GS3 and he loves it. He came from the Samsung Galaxy Captivate, so it is a big step for him.

To me, all of these new phones are too big. A 4.3" (or so) screen is perfect, but the size of the bezel on these things is huge. You mind as well have that 4.7" or so screen with the same size physical phone. IMO, the Atrix 2 was the perfect size phone. The screen was plenty big, easily used in one hand, and the phone itself wasn't overly large but big enough for all the needed accessories and such.

We live in a world where "bigger is better" though....Okay, I am done rambling.

The 920 is a good phone. My only gripe with it is its a little heavy as my friend over on a reviewer site let me hold one. But it is honestly decent. It may just seem a little heavy as i have an S3 though biggrin.gif

I'm impressed. I'm not sure if you guys normally pay attention to the Off-Contract/Unsubsidized prices, but the Nokia 920 is $450. I hope this starts happening in general to all phones, Android and Windows Phone alike. Bravo Nokia.

I definitely concur. To play devil's advocate...I thought about using my upgrade to get an iphone 64g, sell it on ebay/amazon, use that money to buy the 920, and keep the other 200 or so profit.

I just may do that...

Finally Nokia has hardware that's superior in many ways compared to other phones. I will buy red Lumia 920 day one. I'm so excited, I've spent this week reading all the reviews I could find and all the other info. It's gonna be a big upgrade from my low-end Android phone tongue.gif.

I will be saying goodbye to Apple and my iPhone 4 friday and picking up my own 920, thinking Cyan. My early upgrade was Nov 14th with Verizon, but I will be saving money going with AT&T by more than 30 bucks not too mention the obvious discount of the phone price with a new contract. I also just happen to drop my iPhone 4 today and the screen just shattered...good timing.

Can't wait for tomorrow! I have had my incredible for 2 1/2 years so the 920 will be a huge jump up. Also cant beat $99 for a new phone like this.
