i called them yesterday, and expressed to them my need for shipping it i need it in my hands by friday , as i have a trade show for work on monday in florida.
first rep informed me that shipping could be upgraded to 1-3 day express, i said perfect, took about 5 minutes he said ok its done. i said thank you and hung up the phone.
not 20 minutes later did i get a call from his boss, saying he CANCELLED MY ORDER without my authorization. i proceeded to get rather impatient with him on the phone, expressing to him that i needed this for a trade show on monday.
two minutes into my explanation, he procceded to use numerous curse words towards me, and HANG UP THE PHONE.
what the hell is this microsoft?! why is he support manager with an attitude like that. never ever again will i call thier support team, if things dont work, ill say screw it.
