I am currently using a excellent ROM from xda based on CM10 + Paranoid Rom entitled "Gubment Cheeze" http://www.androidauthority.com/galaxy-note-i717-jelly-bean-gubment-cheeze-rom-126600/
It is MUCH faster than stock AT&T ICS and seems to work very well. The only caveat is that navigator doesn't seem to work (though I've not tried it outside just when playing around inside)
JellyBean + Butter makes my phone into a different device and I hope there is a official release soon. Until then does anyone have a Galaxy Note i717 with a more polished version of JellyBean with no hiccups ?
