Received my new FX-8350 yesterday. Installed the chip along with A Cosair H100 kit. It was pleasent suprise to see 4.335 gig upon POST without doing anything. The H100 snapped right in and I let the rig idle for about a hour and a half - it never got over 30° C. I recently installed 16 GB (4 x 4) of Kingston 1600 and am most anxious to get the show on the road. As soon as I get a few things worked out I'll post a profile of my box.
I need to hear from someone about some decient BIOS settings. I would like to push this thing upto 5 gig. Has anyone achieved this with the Sabertooth/8350/16GB combo? Silly question, I guess, 'cause I know you have. So, would you be willing to share a little of that good stuff? BTW, I'm presently running two XFX HD5850's in CrossFire, one of which is a black version.
