[Vortez] Small Yet Powerful - Thermalright's True Spirit 120M

Built on the basis of Thermalright’s successful True Spirit 120, the True Spirit 120M is Thermalright advancement towards Silence, Performance and Compatibility. Made specifically for Micro ATX users, the total height is only 145mm, about 16% lower than the 160mm Tower standards that Thermalright has set years ago. Along with a full sized 120mm fan, the True Spirit 120M is the best companion for your slim case.

Nice, wonder if the shorter size will have any negatives for ram clearance though.
Looks to be offset towards the rear of the case to compensate for RAM Clearance. Might interfere with some VRM Heatsinks though.

Yea that seems from the picture to be a possible issue.

i wonder if size affects it ability to cool really well. i would totally put this in my case instead of something super big. not that my 212 is big compared to a lot of the other towers out there

By fine tuning the four high quality copper heatpipes, engineered to be slanted toward the back of the cooler, Thermalright has managed to keep the same heat dissipation surface area and 120mm fan. The beauty of the new heatpipe design is that it effectively eliminates all RAM interference issues.

Very exciting.

Wonder what the word is on pricing.

Edit:

the True Spirit 120M is the full package, at a budget price point!

what does this mean :l
hope it's competitive with CM's line-up.

if this really does perform like a true spirit, and is priced competitively,
then I think we have the mATX market's new favorite cooler.

Unfortunately there are very few mATX cases that will support this, only to starve the tower cooler of air. >_>

The Xigmatek Loki stands at 135mm tall and it's the biggest tower cooler than will fit in the majority of mATX cases out there. rolleyes.gif

What about the TJ08-E/PS07? They can support up to 165mm.
