I have previously sent two emails concerning order #100001245 and have not received any reply. The first was sent on October 26 requesting that this order be associated with my account, because for some reason the account was not created at the time the order was placed.
The second email was sent on November 4 regarding the delivery. FedEx left the package in front of my door when no one was home, even though we had a sign requesting they not leave it there. By the time we were able to check on it the package was gone.
Please update me on my order. I want this keyboard very much and am concerned about stock.
