CPU Mobo and RAM need to be upgraded in one shot. This is derived from using my powers of observation on your existing setup.

what about the x system i want to build is that enough for gaming and video encoding

I have no idea what the hell your "x system" is

However, I think 3450 is a poor idea.

Save on board and RAM, get a 2500k/3570k. the boost in cpu performance from an OC that board is capable of, will far outweigh your choice in parts and be at the same level budget wise.

Don't waste your money on a $200 sound card. Onboard audio is so good these days that you will hear no difference with or without the sound card. The only reason you should buy a sound card is if you're some sort of audio engineer or have something related to sound as your career. thumb.gif
As for the CPU, get a 3570k and if to do so you need to get a cheaper motherboard then get the one that Xinoxide recommended and overclock your CPU to get the most power out of your system.
As for the RAM, i would stick with either Crucial or Gskill since they have great reliability and WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T CHEAP OUT AND GET CRAPPY RAM!!! I don't mean you should get 16gb as anything above 8gb is useless, but get 8gb of 1600mhz RAM that has good reviews and is from a trusted memory company like Gskill or Crucial. biggrin.gif

Also get the NZXT Switch 810 case instead of the Corsair 600T. The Switch 810 is one of the best cases your money can buy and the Switch 810 is also cheaper, is full tower, supports up to 10 fans and can fit a 360mm radiator on the top and a 240mm radiator on the bottom with many more radiator mounting possibilities. thumb.gif
