I would never recommend this PSU to anyone, but what's the most demanding thing you'll do with your computer?

If it's gaming, then what's the most demanding game you might play?

It's decent for a temporary PSU, but I would upgrade it when you can.

Look at the model number, RS-350-PSAR-I3. It's an Elite Power, the same as in the review and not the eXtreme Power on the page you linked to. So they either mistyped the model number or the model name.

I can only answer by taking a quote from here:

http://www.overclock.net/t/782991/on-coolermaster-refresh

Quote:
eXtreme Power Plus 400W - 650W:
These are garbage, ACBel's cheapest, shoddiest units, and they're everywhere. Not one of the EPP line can deliver more than 2/3s of its rated wattage. Even at their "real" ratings they're poor, barely keeping in spec in most cases. I place the eXtreme Power lineup only one tier above generic units from Leadman or Linkworld or Sun Pro. No one should buy these. However, they're one of CoolerMaster's best selling lineups, because they're so cheap and they're stacked a score high in every retail store in the country. I've been into a Microcenter that had a literal 5 foot pyramid of eXtreme Power Plus 500W units; a shame I didn't have my camera. Don't let the CoolerMaster brand name fool you, these are the types of power supplies that you hear horror stories about.

I realize that the title says "400W - 650W" and not "350W - 650W" or something like that, but I would bet my entire sig rig on the chance that he would say that the 350W is included here as well.

Here are two replacements that I recommend from FlipKart:

Corsair VS450 for Rs. 2428

Corsair CX430 V2 for Rs. 2703

If it were my money, then I would get the VS450.

My reason for recommending these is not because they have the Corsair brand name.  No, the reason I'm recommending them is that when I sorted by price, these were the next up in price from the 350W Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus - and fortunately, these 2 are quality-made power supplies.

I realize that these are much more expensive, but this is also the most important and most critical part of your system.

It's not just about the wattage capacity, though.

It's something. If it is the eXtreme Power, it's absolute garbage that OP should avoid at all costs. If it's the Elite Power that the model number shows it to be, it's not absolute garbage, but also not good and should be replaced when they can afford it.

Don't you love it when websites contradict themselves, especially when it's something important like the actual model?

mohit9206:  what does it say on the box your PSU came in?  Does it say "eXtreme Power Plus", or "Elite Power"?
