65 watt CPU and a 65 watt GPU maybe another 30 watts more would be 160 watts.
Unless benchmarking or stress testing I doubt you could ever see 180 watts. HDDs can pull 10 watts but it is not additive in real world.

i looked all over the box it says neither extreme power plus nor elite power .
the model name however written on the back of the box is : RS-350-PSAR-I3

YUP i confirmed the specs at the back of the box exactly match the specs of this model which i guess it means my psu is an 350 watt Elite Power

Hmm.  Well, that's the model number for the Elite Power!  However, I would still replace this with the Corsair VS450 from FlipKart as soon as you are able to.  It is a much better power supply (and this is not because it is a Corsair-branded PSU).
